Unwavering Faith Rick New
Saturday, Jun 6 11:00 am

Romans 4:18-21 Abraham, now there is a hero of the faith. He demonstrated a faith, that Paul said, was Unwavering! But just check out the story of Abraham for yourself! Does Abraham really meet your definition of unwavering faith? During this exploration of the scriptures let’s take a look at how Paul must have defined faith. This could really make an impact on how you measure your journey of faith.

There may be something here that will change the way you look at our world events.

Worship Wars Rick New
Saturday, Jun 13 11:00 am

Revelation 14:6-7 In the final analysis it all comes down to loyalty; every relationship is based in a commitment bound in loyalty. The key question then becomes who has your commitment of loyalty?

Long ago the Creator of the universe revealed a cosmic battle; a battle of ideals that would culminate with a final conflict in our physical world. The battle to be waged will reveal the hearts and minds of the people.

What does this have to do with you? Is this fantasy or is it real and if it is real, what will you do?

Without Excuse-- Rick New
Saturday, Jun 20 11:00 am

Romans 1:19-25 Before the Bible was written God wrote in nature. God speaks today in the same way. Can such evidence be ignored? You bet it can, but to ignore God’s voice poisons the well of society.

There is deeper meaning here than the easy mark that normally is associated with this passage.

Our annual trek to Lewisville Park for outdoor church!

We are again at Dogwood Shelter No services at Walnut Grove on this day.

Dogwood shelter has a fireplace and an area for grilling just ouside the shelter. There are also electrical outlets for keeping food warm or cooking (you may want to bring a power strip or extension cord) and there is running water for cleanup.

Plan to bring food to feed your family with enough to feed a couple extra people. Oasis will supply all paper products and a punch drink. You may choose to bring other beverages to suit your taste.

Worship will begin at about 11:00 and lunch should be happening about 12:30. We will have the baptisms at the beach area at 2:00.

Worship that Changes Hearts Rick New
Saturday, Jun 27 11:00 am

Isaiah 58 Here in Isaiah chapter 58 is Jesus’ manifesto before he was manifested as a man. The good news that was to be preached to the whole world is contained right here in this chapter. It is a powerful life improving message that can penetrate the hardest hearts with the love of God. During Jesus’ ministry on earth he confirmed that the message contained in this chapter is true and vital.
