After many years of paying off student loans, Cari Pepper has had the remainder of her debt forgiven by the federal government! Only people who qualify for this program are eligible; Cari was eligible because of her years of public service as a teacher. Student loan companies made it very difficult for individuals in public service to pay off their loans, so the federal government stepped into help. What a wonderful blessing!
